Qualifications
  • BSc or HND in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR outsourcing coordination or related roles is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHRI, CIPM) is a plus.

Key Duties

  • Coordinate the outsourcing of HR functions such as recruitment, benefits administration advisory, and advice on employee training to external Clients.
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams to define outsourcing needs, requirements, and expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with outsourcing Clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor and track Client’s performance against SLAs, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new outsourcing Clients, including providing necessary documentation and training.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for management on outsourcing activities, performance metrics, and cost analysis.
